Course Description

Do you make New Year's Resolutions?

I do. But I do it a little differently.

So many people I work with will get all fired up about a new goal or change they want to make, push themselves like crazy for a month or two then collapse in a disillusioned heap and give up. Why?

Because they don't have the tools that will help them succeed. And they haven't addressed any underlying vulnerability that is undermining their efforts - they are relying on sheer willpower to get them through.

Our brains are wired to change - that's what neuroplasticity means - right up until the day we die.

So we are not destined to keep repeating the same unhelpful habits for the rest of our lives. But we need to be aware what those unhelpful habits are, know how to change them and be connected to our deepest values and intentions when we set out to make the change or achieve the goal.

That's where I come in.

I am now a psychologist and mindfulness teacher by training and early in my career I was captivated by one simple question that still motivates my work today - what is the difference between happy people and unhappy people? How did some people seem to take life by the horns, and as a good friend of mine used to say - “life life to the max”

Why are some people resilient in the face of life challenges and others crumble and retreat? And can we all learn what works so we can live more fulfilling and wholehearted lives?

The answers based on up to date research and practice in my own life and clients I have coached are inside this course

This is possibly the most exciting time in history if you are interested in living wholeheartedly. Thanks to the miracles of neuroscience we now know more about how to heal our vulnerability than we ever have before. Vulnerability shouldn't derail us - it should contribute to an authentic, happy, productive and loving life!

The exercises offered in this course can produce real change in your life.

There are three things we know about working with vulnerability:

1: We need to heal our wounds and reduce unnecessary vulnerability so that it doesn’t feel like opening a trap door to hell every time we dare to take a step forward towards our goals.

There are habits that erode your happiness by reinforcing negative vulnerability.

There are four that are most common: rumination, worrying, self criticism and self consciousness.

We now know how to heal these wounds, so that we are more resilient - we recover from challenging emotions and experiences more rapidly and are free to move towards our goals.

2: We need to invest in developing the strengths that make us happy, connected, and successful.

Not only does that give us the resources to meet life’s challenges, it also provides meaning, fulfillment and all the other goodies that make life worth living.

There has never been a better time to take control of your own wholehearted life - armed with the gifts that new brain science is offering.

Join us now and get started today!

3: We don’t have to rely on fuzzy complex concepts in order to do this; we now have access to scientifically-backed steps that work.

Finding out how to do this could be the most important thing you ever learn. That’s what this course is all about - so let’s get started!
